Traditionally the first week of July is the Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris. We were honoured to be invited by the French brand Bleu Comme Gris to their Fashion Show presentation of their new Fall Winter 2019 collection, held at the iconic and elegantly refined Ritz Paris.
On the day before the show, we were spoiled by a very special meeting and fitting at their boutique. I was almost impossible to choose an outfit considering how beautiful all their clothes are!
Bleu Comme Gris is a true boutique brand. In addition to the highest quality and trendiest design, you can really feel that special designer touch in every unique piece – something you will not find in bigger brands. Their exclusively nuanced service from welcome greeting to the remarkably curated collection, to the grand finale with the ribbon on the package will satisfy the most discerning and spoiled customer.
The new autumn collection is made with bold rich colours and finest fabrics like velvet, silk, brocade and furs. Cool accessories like knee socks with sporty stripes made of lurex, add a cool touch to the whole look making the outfits more modern and fashionable.
One of the cutest parts of the show was a girl with a real live dog, which perfectly matched her outfit.
I think the collection will be loved by everyone who values elegance and style, but still demands comfort – real French chic! These are all exceptional pieces that can be worn in everyday life as well as for special occasions.
